How to Make a Shake

 

A Slim Me HCG Diet Shakes are available in three delicious flavors; Vanilla, Chocolate, and Strawberry Banana. They all taste great! To make a shake, add 1 scoop shake mix6 ounces of water and 4 - 6 ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.

 

A Slim Me HCG Diet Shakes on the go! Simply add shake mix, water and ice cubes in a shaker cup. You will still have an enjoyable, good tasting and nutritional treat, however it will not be as thick and foamy as mixing in a blender.

 

You may want to add apples or strawberries to your shake, be sure to count this as one of your fruit servings. We have also found the shakes freeze well. Add your shakes to plastic "popsicle" trays and freeze for a yummy evening treat!

Shake Recipes

 

Fudgesicles

Ingredients

8 ounces water

1 scoop chocolate shake mix

Stevia to taste (optional)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into "popsicle" trays and freeze.

*vanilla and strawberry banana shakes work well too!

 

Ice Cream

Ingredients:

8 ounces water

1 scoop vanilla, chocolate or strawberry banana shake mix

Stevia to taste (optional)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into container and freeze.

 

Cinnamon Crisp Desert

Ingredients:

One apple

Cinnamon, pumpkin spice and nutmeg to taste

Stevia to taste (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Core and slice apple and place on non-stick baking dish.

Sprinkle with spices and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Serve with vanilla ice cream (see recipe above).

 

Coffee Chino

Ingredients:

6 ounces brewed chocolate flavored coffee chilled

One scoop vanilla shake mix

Stevia to taste (optional)

4 - 6 ice cubes

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

 

Mocha Chino

Ingredients:

6 ounces brewed coffee

One scoop chocolate shake mix

Stevia to taste (optional)

4 - 6 ice cubes

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

 

Vanilla Creamer

Ingredients:

One teaspoon vanilla shake mix

Stevia to taste (optional)

Directions:

Add one teaspoon vanilla shake mix to hot coffee in place of creamer.

 

Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

8 ounces water

1 scoop chocolate shake mix

Stevia to taste (optional)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Heat in microwave or on stove top.

*It is important to blend the shake first then heat it rather than blending it with hot water.
